Shipping and returns

All orders are dispatched from our Heartland Brew and Coffee Worx Distribution Centre in Christchurch

Shipping charges

South Island/Urban       $5.50

North Island/Rural         $10.00

Free shipping on orders over $50

Dispatch

Shipping is usually up to 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

However, some locations, such as rural delivery addresses, may take a few days longer. Please let us know if you haven’t received your coffee when expected.

Dispatches are Mon-Fri (except Public Holidays).

Orders must be placed by 12:30 pm for same-day shipping.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver coffee to PO Boxes.

Please provide a street address when ordering.

Damages

If your package is damaged en route, please contact us immediately at orders@heartlandbrew.co.nz. Please don’t use the coffee until we have been able to submit a claim to our courier company.

Lost Parcels

We will issue a replacement for parcels that have been lost or damaged once they have been deemed officially lost by the courier company.

Tracking

Once your order has been collected, you should receive a tracking number from our Courier company, so you can see exactly where your coffee is.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrongly placed orders.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@heartlandbrew.co.nz with your order number and details and a description of the issue. Please retain all packaging.

For valid returns, we will arrange for a replacement, including return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
