We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. Your final delivery cost will show at checkout based on your location. If you are looking for coffee for sale online with simple shipping, we’ve got you covered.

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. From there, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on where you are in the country. Rural areas may take a little longer.

At this stage, we’re focused on keeping our fellow Kiwis well-caffeinated. So no, we don’t ship internationally…yet.

Packaging & Storage

Keep it in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight, like a pantry or cupboard. Our resealable bags help lock in freshness, so just make sure to close them properly after each use.

We offer 200g and 1kg bags. Perfect if you're brewing a cup at home or keeping the office stocked. Both sizes are available when you buy coffee for sale online.

Our packaging is made from multiple layers of different materials (paper, foil & plastic) to keep your coffee fresh and easy to store. While it’s not currently recyclable or compostable, because some of these options are not suitable for freshness in the supermarkets, we’re actively exploring more sustainable options for the future. We can however fill your own containers at our roastery in Christchurch.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure online payment options shown at checkout.

If something’s not right with your order, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right. We accept returns on opened bags if the coffee doesn’t taste as expected or there is a problem with it. We will need the bag returned for testing and we will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
